At Subtle Choices we believe in nurturing the whole self through experiences that inspire growth, presence and joy. We offer ten yoga classes each week from our home studio, YogaTree, in Ashford, Co. Wicklow, alongside online classes that allow you to practise wherever you are. YogaTree has been a welcoming space for yoga practice for decades, and all abilities and ages are welcome, including complete beginners, older students, and those needing gentle, supported recovery from injury or surgery, with three classes each week dedicated specifically to these needs.

Our regular classes are designed to meet you at every stage of your journey, while our carefully curated yoga safaris and immersive holiday retreats blend mindful movement, stillness and exploration. Whether you’re stretching in the studio, practising from home, or reconnecting with yourself on retreat in inspiring surroundings, our offerings invite balance, renewal and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
